المصطلحات المستخدمة في بعض عدسات كانون
EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM
f/4.5-5.6
تشير الى اصغر رقم “F Number”
L
هي سلسله من العدسات الموجه لفئه المحترفين والمميز فيها هو حمايه كبيره للعدسه من ناحيه البدي وجوده العدسات التي بداخلها وتتضمن مواد بصريه خاصه مثل الفلوريت و عناصر الـ (UD)
IS
هي تقنيه عظيمه تسمع للعدسه تشعر بالحركه من الهزه او الأهتزازات وطريقه عملها هي حين شعورها بأهتزاز في العدسه تقوم مجموعه من عناصر العدسه بالتحرك مع نفس حركه الأهتزاز ، وهذه التقنيه تسمح بالحصول على صوره حاده وممتازه في ظروف الأضائه المنخفضه.
USM
أصبحت كانون صانعة الكاميرات الأوّلى لاستعمال (USM) المتقدّم ( Ultrasonic Motor) في عام 1987 عند نزول EF 300mm f/2.8L USM أذهلت العالم مع الأوتوفوكس الفائق السرعة الخافت في صوت ادائه.
بالاختصار تركيز العمل داخل العدسة شبه ساكت.
مصطلحات اخرى
DO
يشير إلى استخدام العناصر البصرية الانحرافية المتعددة الطبقات . هذه التكنولوجيا فريده إلى كانون، يمكن صناعة عدسات صورة الأداء المتميزة و فاتحة و صغيرة.
EF-S
عدسات مصنعه خصيصاً لـ Canon 350D و Canon 400D و Canon 20D و Canon 30D واي كميرا تحمل سنسور ذات معامل قطع 1.6
MP-E
عدسات مصنعه خصيصاً لتصوير الماكرو.
II or III, etcتشير إلى نسخة العدسة,العدسات الحالية تعاد تصميمها كثيرًا لتحسين أداءها.
TS-E
هذه الخاصيه مفيده لمصورين الصور المعامريه بحيث تُفيدهم في خاصيه ميل العدسه وبذلك تسمح بتصحيح الشكل النظوري.
Extender
هذه العدسات تٌضع بين بودي الكميرا والعدسه لتكبير البعد البؤري.
